EasyOvens is the answer to a common problem : Why use a high sophisticated machine, equipped with many devices and accessories that are USELESS for a basic application of thermobonding?

In a few words : Why waste money purchasing (and install) what you do not need??

In nonwoven, air through thermobonding ovens are used to bond one extremely wide range of products : from very simple polyester wadding, to high technical product for industrial use , from automotive pad to building insulation. From a weight from 50 to... 10.000 gsm!!  From a thickness of 5...to 300 mm! From a production of 150 kg/h to... 5.000 Kg/h.

SO IT IS OBVIOUS that a the not only the size of the machine should vary to cope with this wide range of production, but also his equipment, structure and working principle.

So high tech product will need high tech machines , while simpler applications could be easy done with easyOven, with reduced investiment!

 EasyOvens are less expensive, requires less time to be installed , requires less skillness from the operators... and for common applications the result it is the same of our standard model (link).
