Unique air ventilation, specifically engineered for this application,
allow easy and versatile production of thick wadding without fibers distorsion and surface damaging. With standard ventilation,
some kind of wadding may be damaged
by the air flow needed to thermo
bond and product may collaps into
the oven. The new solution
found is a better and easy distribution
of the air flow trough all oven lenght,
with high flow of air at
ultra low pressure, jointed
with fully reversible air flow sense. Air nozzles are distributed in
ultra wide sections of
the oven so that air pressure is reduced to
the minimum and the air flow sense is fully reversible in each section . It will be possible to blow air from
top or from bottom, to suck air from
top or from bottom. With this unique solution we have
huniform and constant air
passing trough the web, this compensating also the different pressure on the sides of the wadding due to the weight of the fibers. In phenolic
webs production, this new
system allow better handling of the powder, with reduced loss in the oven. Directly to oven entry the wadding is calibrated to the thickness and stability needed for the operator, with two belts. The distance between the two belts is adjustable
via motors in various points and it visualized in digital way on the operator panel, for
being able to reproduce
the thickness defined in every moment. The
possibility to regulate the direction and volume of air flow for every section separately, and to regulate the air flow from top or from bottom, allows an easy production of high voluminous
webs, compensating the weight of the fibers that could influence
the final quality of the product. When the webs passes
to the cooling unit, it cool
down with aspiration in continuous and in efficient way , until the web is definitely stabilized. |

The flow trough principle is the basis
of for a good air permeability and breathing activity and it produce high quality web with soft textile handle. Belts also prevent shrinkage of the web during bonding and setting, consequently the stability of
the web is increased. Oven are equipped
with high-flow and low pressure fans which force a large volume of the air trough
the material, even trough
webs with heavy weights. By installing infinitely variable speed
motors on the fans, the
line performance can be adapted
to material qualities with different air permeability, weight and thickness . Heating via gas burners give a reduce warming up and cooling time, high efficiency
and accurate temperature regulation due to the flame modulating system, driven with PID controlling device. Part of the finish fumes and gases are combusted which result of less air pollution . New

the possibility of cleaning
them from outside of the machine, without doors opening. All the oven is controlled with a power board + a control desk equipped with operator panel. All parameters of the oven
(Temperature, belts speed,
fans speed etc etc) are controlled by one single panel with easy readout of all functions. Also integrated
in the system as standard the tele-assistance facilities,
to assist the customer from Italy via standard phone line . With narrow
production, supplied motor driven
closing system of the air flow
out of the web, in order to

DOUBLE BELT OVENS Ovens are available in two versions: TFP1N or TFP2N. TFP1N
model, uses a single belt to transport the wadding, while the model TP2N uses a double belt. TFP1N,
is suitable for a wadding of max thickness 150 mm (at the exit of cross lapper), while the other model can accept a thickness of 1,000 mm. In
the TFP2N model belt distance
is adjustable at different points, in order to regulated
the final thickness of the wadding. Belt distance
