FOAM

This machine is used to apply foam (or paste), onto one side of the felt\fabric.

It is possible to coat with knife on air (to apply a very thin anount of foam\paste) or against the roll (to apply certain thcikness of foam, setting the distance between knife and roll) , with the same machine.

Main roll is manufactured in hard chromed steel or rubber coated, driven by a frequency converter.

Interchangeable knives are supplied in steel.

FOAM FOULARD FOR IMPREGNATION

Used for the total impregnation with foam, for felts made from new or recycled fibers.

Foam is distributed on both sides by a motor driven distributors, across the felt width.

Foam is squesed inside the felt by the two big size rolls.

Possibility to add chemical on one side only
